1 Current President Pam Tischler called the meeting to order. Pam reviewed the accomplishments of the Chapter during the past year.

3 Treasurer Acker brought the members of the Chapter up to date on the financial status of the Chapter. For fiscal year 2010, the Chapter had a surplus of $4797.38. This surplus was primarily due to a very successful 2011 Lone Star Regional.
4 Vice President Bruce Wooldridge presented Pam with a gift from the Chapter. Pam served as President for 2 years.
5 Bill Edwards presented the nominees as selected by the nomination committee. There were no additional nominations from the floor. The nominees were approved by an acclamation vote.
6 Following a delicious Mexican catered lunch, an auction was held. Auctioneer Bruce Wooldridge here takes a bid on one of the many items which were auctioned.
